Greenhouse pizza peppers

  • Cut peppers in half and remove seeds (set them aside to dry and replant)
  • Put pizza sauce on the bottom of the pepper
  • Put shredded cheese on top of the sauce (I use almond mozzarella cheese)
  • Feel free to put add any topping after layering on the cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.  They do well in the toaster oven if you have a smaller amount.

Let cool for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
